Museum of Natural History From Washington
The National Museum of Natural History from Washington is considered one of the largest museums in the natural world.
In Museum of Natural History are 126 million fossil specimens of animals and plants used for educational purposes as well as scientific research.
The National Museum is part of the Smithsonian Institute, the oldest educational and research cultural institution in the United States. The Institute was founded in 1846 and consists of 16 different museums and galleries. Thus becoming the largest museum complex in the world.
Chip Clark was allowed to visit the famous Smithsonian National Museum and had the opportunity to photograph the rare collections and hidden treasures in the special rooms in the rear rooms. Like Ali Baba trapped in a cave of invaluable treasure, Chip was simply amazed at the sight of the images. All these collections are not part of the exhibition and are hidden from the public eye behind the storage doors, but now we have an amazing opportunity to see them.
