    Red wine can be good for you if used at moderate dosages. I have known about this for years. I don’t drink, but it does make perfect sense that people would want to consume it before bed.

    However, I do have a question for you. I have always had problems falling asleep. I could possibly try drinking red wine before bed, but is it safe to take with melatonin?

      I do not recommend mixing alcohol with melatonin. Even if alcohol is a sedative that makes you fall asleep, it lowers the level of melatonin in your body.
      Our body is great if we know how to use it in the right parameters. I recommend you wake up every morning at the same time and meditate 15 minutes a day and 15 minutes in the evening. Give up fast-food and stop drinking coffee or black tea after 4 o’clock in the afternoon.
